A strategy that nobody is contracted to carry out is a memo. Resource management and vendor management are how a decision gets a name attached to it.
Owners often ask for a plan and already have the suppliers. The plan then has to survive the contracts those suppliers are actually on. If the event company, the systems house, and the agency each think they lead, the company has three leads and no delivery.
The delivery desk at Exxeez does three plain things. It lists the people the work needs. It lists the vendors, what they were hired for, and where the contract is silent. It says which events, rollouts, or handovers have a date, and which only have a hope.
That list is often more useful than another capability presentation. It shows whether the technology brief, the brand work, or the property project can move, or whether the first job is to change who is accountable.
Bring the vendor list if you have one. If you do not, that is the brief.
